Welcome to SURFHALLA Morocco.

By booking a stay, package or retreat with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These terms help us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests. Please read them carefully and contact our team if you have any questions.

Booking & Payment

A deposit of 20% is required to confirm your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in cash up on arrival.
Bookings are only confirmed once payment has been received.
Prices: All prices are in MAD or EUR and are inclusive of taxes.

Cancellation & Refund

Please note that any cancellations after booking confirmation will result in the loss of the advance payment, which is non-refundable.
Changes to your booking, such as adjusting dates or the number of guests, depend on availability and may involve extra charges.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.
We recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: 15:00-20:00
Check-out: 11:00
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Arrival time must be communicated in advance (before the day of arrival), as we do not operate a 24/7 reception.

Amenities and Services

Included: Breakfast, Wi-Fi, access to the living room and garden.
Special Requests: Please let us know in advance if you have any special requests related to your accommodation, dietary needs/ allergies, or additional services.

Surf & Yoga Activities

Surf conditions are weather-dependent and cannot be guaranteed.
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel activities for safety reasons.
Participation is at your own risk.
Guests are responsible for informing instructors of any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations.

Liability & Responsibility

SURFHALLA Morocco is not liable for injuries, accidents, theft, or loss of personal belongings during your stay.
To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, disruptive behavior is not permitted and may result in eviction without refund.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their stay and will be charged accordingly.
Guests must ensure they have appropriate travel and medical insurance that covers surf and yoga activities.

House Rules

Respect fellow guests, staff and the property.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
Wetsuits are not permitted inside the Villa. Guests coming from a surf session are kindly requested to use the outdoor showers before entering.
Kitchen: The kitchen is for staff use only and is not accessible to guests.
No smoking inside the villa and in front of the yoga studio.
No illegal substances or disruptive behavior allowed.
Pet policy: Pets are not allowed inside the villa.
Quiet hours: 22.00 – 7:00am.

Use of Equipment

Surfboards, yoga mats, and other equipment are provided for use during lessons and sessions.
Guests are responsible for equipment during use and may be charged for damage or loss.

Emergency Contacts

For your safety, emergency contact details (medical, security, etc.) are available at reception. While we do our best to provide assistance, the villa is not responsible for accidents or incidents that may happen on the premises.

Personal information provided at booking will be used solely for reservation and communication purposes.
We will never share your details with third parties without consent.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Morocco. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this agreement shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Moroccan courts.
